Christian Testimony: Much of my walk with the Lord as an adult revolves around the church of my up-bringing - Redeemer Baptist in Warren, Michigan. God's touch upon my life through His people is seen beginning with my salvation at the age of eight during Vacation Bible School. After my salvation, I was baptized at twelve, called into the gospel ministry at fourteen, married my wife Judy in May of 1975, was ordained to the gospel ministry in September of 1983 and in 1997, I had the privilege of being Senior Pastor at Redeemer Baptist for eight years. This close connection to the church down through the years has taught me the value of the Body of Christ for shaping us into useful vessels for His glory and His Kingdom!

Major Influences: Too many Godly people to name, who've invested their lives and energies in me.

Ministry Focus: To use my calling and gifts from the Lord to lead His people individually and corporately into fulfilling the Lord's Commission and Commandment for His glory and the building of His Kingdom.

Ministry Goals: To shepherd God's people compassionately, building and encouraging them in the foundation of the Scriptures and the active participation of ministry to the Body of Christ and the world beyond. I desire to come along side believers in my sphere of influence and challenge them to "finish well," (c.f. 2 Tim. 4:7).
