Life Verse: Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. (ESV)

Birthday: July 21st

Education: I graduated from Cedarville College (now Cedarville University) in 1987 with a B.A. in Pre-Seminary Bible. In 1992 I earned a Master's of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary.

Started at Woodside: I was asked to be the campus pastor at Lake Orion in the summer of 2009. We officially launched the campus in October of that year.

Christian Testimony: Following a Sunday morning message where I first understood my need for a Savior, my mother prayed with me as I received Christ's love and forgiveness. I was six years old.

Major Influences: Steve Holley, my youth pastor at Immanuel Bible Church in Annandale, VA played a large part in my Christian growth and desire to serve Christ with my life. Several college and seminary professors enriched my understanding of God's Word and helped create a thirst to know the Author of it.

Ministry Focus: Having a bit of an entrepreneurial makeup, I relish the challenge of following God's call to embark on projects that only He can accomplish. I am excited to be able to be a part of the great team He has assembled at Woodside, and specifically the Lake Orion campus.

Ministry Goals: To be the hands and feet of Christ in my community. To become more like Him each day and with his strength to influence others to love Him more deeply and trust Him more fully.
