Wife: Liz

Children: Macie

Birthday: June 15th

Life Verse: Psalm 16:8,9

Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree from Alma College, Business/Marketing Major with a Music minor.

Brief History: Born and raised in Troy, MI. Graduated from Troy High 1998, moved to Rochester Hills in 2008 after getting married.

Started at Woodside: Grew up at Woodside and have attended regularly my entire life. After volunteering for several years in different ministries, came on staff in January 2007.

Christian Testimony: Came to know Christ at age 5 but gradually wandered my own path in my late teens and early twenties. Battled substance abuse addictions for years and through the prayer of those around me, received wake up calls from God to get my life back on track. I rededicated my life to Jesus and opened my eyes to true faith in my mid-twenties.

Major Influences: My parents and their parents, family, Pete Mannering, much of the staff at Woodside and friends I've met through the ministries here, and teachers like Ravi Zacharias and Mark Driscoll.

Ministry Focus: To create space for believers to respond to God and teach them a Biblical foundation for worship, not just through music but through how we live and approach each day.

Ministry Goals: To get our 'selves' out of the way and watch God use His people to do His work in the hearts of man.
