In this trip we will partner with Extreme Response and our missionaries Jerry and Dawn Carnill to help to provide Christmas celebrations to close to 10,000 of the poorest people in Quito. Team members will participate in activities that include games, face painting, and crafts as well as serving hot meals to the needy in the area. Every day offers opportunities to share the love of Christ in a number of ways. We invite you to join us to give to others a portion of what we have received from Him.

The beautiful city of Quito, Ecuador is nestled in a valley at the base of the Pichincha Volcano. Its exquisite natural surroundings are virtually unparalleled and they provide the perfect background to this picturesque city. Quito is located about 15 miles south of the equator. Due to its high altitude and position on the equator, Quito has a constant, mild to cool climate. The city experiences only two seasons: dry and wet.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Woodside Bible Church is sending a Women’s Team to work with our missionary partner Dr. Sheila Daniel and her ministry to Women and Children suffering with AIDS. The Team will be working with women from Dr. Daniels clients, orphan children, medical camps, conducting a bible studies with Manos pastoral wives and joining a women’s conference.
COUNTRY DESCRIPTION: India, the world’s largest democracy, has a very diverse population, geography and climate. India is the world’s second most populous country, and the world’s seventh largest country in area.

PROJECT DESCRO[TOPM: WBC is sending a team to teach English as a second language to the children at the orphanage. This program will also coincide with a Vacation Bible School (VBS) program.
COUNTRY DESCRIPTION: : Thailand is a constitutional monarchy. Most of the population is Buddhist and ethnically Thai. Standard Thai is the official language of Thailand and is spoken in every province, though many areas also have a local dialect, and in the deep south, a variant of Malay is widely spoken. Most Thais working in the tourist industry and in businesses dealing with foreigners can speak at least rudimentary English.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WBC is sending a team of Doctors, Dentists and Nurses to offer medical attention in areas within 100 miles of Manila. We are offering the love of Christ to poor Muslim people in the area who have no means to pay for medial treatment.
