Ted and Wendy Szymczak are missionaries to Poland.  They have three children.  Their ministry there is church planting and leadership development and they are with SEND International.  Ted oversees three new church plants, managing the preaching and teaching schedules, as well as teaching at the church plants himself.  He also serves on the leadership team of their mother church.  Ted and Wendy also spend time studying for and leading study groups and they also shepherd the members of the groups.  Their next furlough will be in the summer of 2010.
