Andy and Pam LaBreche have been with Greater Europe Mission since 1993, in Romania since 1996.  During their first 10 years, they worked in partnership with the Areopagus Center for Christian Education and Contemporary Culture, which seeks to articulate Christian values in society and build bridges between the church and culture.  For the past two years, they have been involved in GEM’s Preparation and Training department, which Andy co-led.  Pam acts as GEM’s Language Acquisition Consultant, advising on language learning issues for missionaries across Europe.  As of September 1, 2008, they are co-leaders of Member Development in GEM, overseeing Preparation and Training, Member Care, Family Education Services, the In Step prayer initiative, and Leader Development.  They also continue to be involved in ministry in Romania, where Andy is part of the field leadership team.

Andy and Pam have two sons, Alex and Nate, who are in 11^th grade and 9^th grade in NorthStar Academy, an online Christian school.
