Chuck and Micki began introducing Community Bible Study International in May of 2000.  Prior to that, they started and taught a Bible Study Fellowship class for single young adults for 8 years in Royal Oak.  Before that, they were members and leaders in other BSF classes for several years.  Several Woodside families are the result of relationships which began in that BSF Young Adult class.

When the Hardings retired from their previous occupations, God very clearly called them to bring in-depth Bible study to the people of the Caribbean.  Thanks to His faithfulness, there are now classes meeting in 8 Caribbean island countries where there were no in-depth Bible study previously.  The leaders that God has called are now taking over the administration and development of CBSI in this region.  The Hardings’ role going forward will be one of support and encouragement while continuing to pioneer/introduce CBSI into new countries.
