Dale and Vicky work together in the ministry of Youth for Christ in Detroit, Michigan.  YFC works with young people from all faith backgrounds and has faithfully served the youth since 1944.  Through the years, the Bishops have successfully worked with troubled and at-risk youth in urban areas.  They focus on five developmental areas of the lives of young people – social, mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.  They communicate the life-changing message of Jesus Christ by building positive relationships with young people and their families through Caring Christian Adults.
