Community Outreach Kids Day Camp

Counselors (35 volunteers needed)
Supervises 6-8 children in grades 2-6, for 5 days while at Day Camp.

Camp Volunteers (10 volunteers needed)
Miscellaneous supportive duties including game leader, music leaders, craft assistant and ‘mini-camp helpers’ – (childcare for volunteer staff).

Transportation Buses (5-10 volunteers needed)
Drivers carry WBC volunteers to and from the Troy and White Lake campuses to FSABC Monday through Friday of Day Camp week. They then transport children from local neighborhoods to and from the church. Bus drivers can choose several service schedules:

Drive a morning shift (8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.)

Drive an afternoon shift (2:30p.m.-4:30 p.m.)

Drive both shifts and stay entire day to serve in other capacities

Orientation Training:

Saturday, Aug. 13 at 10:00 a.m.

(It sits close to the intersection of Opdyke Rd. and Walton Blvd.)

Must be 13 years of age or older

(The ability to speak Spanish is not required)
