We want to make your experience as simple as possible and our friendly staff and family host are available to assist you. Our check in process is designed for your child’s safety. For your convenience, you may print out and complete the Guest Registration Form, and bring with you. The kid’s environments are open during each of our weekend services.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• On your first visit please stop at a Kids Check In Desk to register your child
• Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to service and continues until 15 minutes after service has begun
• Rooms are open 15 minutes before service
• Pick-up for all children is immediately following the service
